Groups

Discounts are available for Groups of 3 or more. These discounts apply to the VIP and Gold Conference passes only and must be paid in full by November 24, 2014.

All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). Group discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Please for registration process and details. 25% discount is applied to onsite rates.

Cancellation Policy

Advance registration can be cancelled and a refund of 50% of fees paid only if notice of the cancellation is received by midnight (EST), Monday, November 8, 2014. You may cancel your registration before this date as follows:

• Cancel online here prior to midnight (EST) on Monday, November 8, 2014.
•  to be received no later than midnight (EST) Monday, November 8, 2014.

Alternatively you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Please to transfer your registration. Transfers requested more than 30 days before start of the event will be charged an administrative fee of $50. Transfers requested less than 30 days before the start of the event or on-site will be charged an administrative fee of $75. Fees do not apply to Catalyst and Exhibitor passes.
