Registration is located in the main foyer of the convention center on the second level. Registration opens at 10:00 am on Sunday, December 7. Bring your Fast Track email for quicker service. Fast Track emails will be sent out 1 week prior to the event, if you are paid in full.

TM Forum Live! Digital Disruption 2014 offers a few different passes, ranging from Silver (1 day pass) to a 4 day VIP pass. Visit the pricing page for all the details and pricing.
Group discounts are available for groups of 3 or more on VIP and Gold passes only. for more information.
Advance registration can be cancelled and a refund of 50% of fees paid only if notice of the cancellation is received by midnight (EST), Monday, November 8, 2014. You may cancel your registration before this date as follows:
- Cancel online here or send us written notice via email to prior to midnight (EST) on Monday, November 8, 2014.
- No refunds will be made after midnight (EST), Monday, November 8, 2014.
Alternatively you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Please to transfer your registration. Transfers requested more than 30 days before start of the event will be charged an administrative fee of $50. Transfers requested less than 30 days before the start of the event or on-site will be charged an administrative fee of $75. Fees do not apply to Exhibitor passes

Event badges can be collected onsite with a photo ID, please refer to the registration hours on your confirmation email.
No. We do offer a one day, Silver pass that will give you access to the expo and conference sessions on the day you chose. The Silver pass includes access to Lightning Talks in the center stage, catalysts, and conference sessions for the day you chose.

Caltrain runs between San Jose and San Francisco. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket vending machines at any station. A one way ticket will cost you $8.75.
